Dr. Víctor Luis Delgado Colón is a Manatí-based Puerto Rican family physician with over four decades of service, trained at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and licensed in Puerto Rico. A longtime volunteer leader with the American Cancer Society Puerto Rico, he has served as Board president, helped found Manatí’s Relay For Life, and supported Making Strides and the Grand Gala. He received the ACS national St. George Award in 2017 and, as of 2025, serves on SACC PR’s Board of Directors.
